I have worked around 12 years in localization field as a full-time and freelancer translator, so I have a deep knowledge of what should I do in my profession; in translation I have worked in most known fields “Legal, Marketing, Finance, Medical, Automotive, Technical, Mobile Phones, Sweets, Cosmetics and more”. I have proceeded with more than 4,000,000 words in these fields. I have a very good knowledge of Microsoft office and CAT tools as well as I have worked as instructor for freelancers on how they can use CAT tools and I’m always keen to be updated with new CAT tools. I have started my career in translation at Sevo Translation in 2015. Working for a translation agency gave me the opportunity to translate and gain experience in multiple fields: - Legal translation, -Financial translation, - News and company profiles translation, and - General translation. During my freelance translator career, I Also worked in dubbing translation the scripts into child-friendly language.

I'm a native speaker of Arabic and I have excellent command of English (with effective interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills). I have a Bachelors Degree in Linguistics, Translation & Interpreting. I'm trained by local news outlets to create marketing content for the press, such as press releases. I have 10+ years of hands-on experience in the localization industry and I'm a professional copy-writer and content creator with deep understanding of Arab cultures and markets. I can trans-create various adaptations off the English copies to make sure the Arabic copies are properly oriented for Arabs and free of cross cultural sensitivity issues. I have extensive experience in optimizing Arabic content to be easily found by search engines. I work with marketing teams to improve and develop content localization processes and tools, including Ads and automated content generation systems.

I'm a native Arabic speaker, fluent in English I also have an excellent command of German, Russian and Chinese. I'm experienced in translating various types of projects from simple texts and documents to long articles, web scripts, subtitles and reference books. I've got an excellent Industrial and Marketing background. I'm a Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, OmegaT & SmartCAT specialist. I can translate around 2000~2500 words per day and deliver fast accurate translation plus proofreading. I prefer to work on per word basis but I wouldn't mind working on an hourly basis.
