I finished University in 1999 and since then I have always worked in the translation field. I have good work relationships with some major global translation companies and I am used to working with a variety of offline and online CAT tools. After graduating in Specialized Translation from Italy's Advanced School of Modern Languages for Interpreters and Translators, I spent several years working as a translator, interpreter, editor and language consultant for an NGO sponsoring medical and environmental research. I have been working as a translator since 2018, when I started to attend the Languages and Cultures for Tourism and International Mediation course at the University of Bari. I graduated with the highest grade (110 e lode) and started my specialisation at the University of Turin (a Translation course focusing on literary translation). I work from both English and French and I am fond of literature: novels, poetry, theatre are my highest aims.
