I'm an Italian TRANSLATOR, PROOFREADER, author and teacher with a degree in English Language and Literature. I translate from ENGLISH and FRENCH to ITALIAN, my native language, I have worked in the publishing field as an author and coauthor, writing and editing books, dictionaries and readers for students of English (for more than 12 years), and created crosswords and puzzles in English for a magazine published monthly (for about five years). I am a PhD candidate at Koç University, Istanbul, at the faculty of Archaeology and History of Art. I have studied English for almost 20 years, I wrote my master thesis in English and my current PhD program is fully taught in English. I have translated a large amount of material from English to Italian, from Italian to English and from Turkish to English in the past years. In 2017 I got the TOEFL certificate with a score of 104/120. I write academic researches and texts in English on a weekly base, using materials written in various languages. I have been working as translator since the graduation from University for foreign languages where I studied English, Italian and German language. My work as interpreter and translator is based on work in retail, marketing, law firm, NGO on protection for human rights. In different areas of my work I gained expertise in different sectors such as economics, finance, law and marketing. However, other areas of work are more than familiar to me.

Native speaker of Italian and FCE in English, I graduated from high school where my studies were focussed on the IT field.
