I’m a translator working from English, German and French into Italian. I graduated from the Advanced School for Interpreters and Translators in Florence where I got a University Diploma (1998) EN>IT - DE>IT. I began to work as foreign language expert and manager assistant for an international architect in Florence (1999-2002). After a couple of years, I joined a buying office (2002-2006 ) - dealing with the fashion industry, first as a translator, and then, as a production and logistics coordinator. I'm a freelance translator since 2007. I'm a TAUS certified Post Editor, Quality Manager and Transcreator. I have studied Tourism in high school and then decided to study Foreign Languages (German and English) in college, where I also specialized in Politics and International Relations. I have been working as a translator since 2018, when I started to attend the Languages and Cultures for Tourism and International Mediation course at the University of Bari. I graduated with the highest grade (110 e lode) and started my specialisation at the University of Turin (a Translation course focusing on literary translation). I work from both English and French and I am fond of literature: novels, poetry, theatre are my highest aims.

I am a PhD candidate at Koç University, Istanbul, at the faculty of Archaeology and History of Art. I have studied English for almost 20 years, I wrote my master thesis in English and my current PhD program is fully taught in English.
