Hello, I wish to apply for any available vacancy as Portuguese or Spanish translator. I'm native in Portuguese, having a university degree in Portuguese/English and a master in Portuguese /Spanish. During the past 8 years I have done translation jobs either to private or public institutions. Currently, I'm teaching in Portugal, but available to work in any project around the world. I wish to make translations part of my everyday routine, instead of being a side-job occupation. So, if in the future you have any kind of work matching my language expertise, feel free to contact me. I'm also available to do any kind of test. I hope we can work together in the future. Also, when assigning a job where the deadline is already past due, be mindful of that too, because it affects my punctuality rate, and I don't do late deliveries. And, please, if you like my work, leave a review. :)

First, I would like to introduce myself very briefly. I am a 42-year old native Portuguese speaker, who grew, studied and, nowadays, works in Portugal (in the city with the famous hovering umbrella installation, by the way). I am a trained translator with a diploma in English and Portuguese languages and translation post-graduate studies. Before finishing university I decided to interrupt studies to work as an expatriate translator/interpreter in a construction project with a Portuguese company in Barbados. I have completed university after returning and never stopped doing what I really like: communicate between languages. My experience and skills are especially strong with medicine, IT/ICT, defence, business, marketing and legal translation, dealing with contracts, annual reports, corporate websites, bidding documents, business plans, brochures, presentations, written resolutions, and agreements, confidential emails, language assistance in meetings, also experience in diplomatic level. The total number of words over these 20 years exceeds 5,000,000 words, with companies and brand names such as Huawei, Unitel, IBM, Unilever, Suunto, Dell, Disney, Gesticer, Harley Davidson, to name a few. Please check my CV, and allow me to ask your attention for page 4 for some highlights.
