Since I am at university exclusively studying translation, I have a vast theoretical background combined with translation practice since it is part of the course curriculum. I'm a System Engineer who loves languages and live in Brazil, I've worked as translator a few times, it's not my main profession but I certanly take care about the quality of my translations because of my love for right speaking and writing.

I use SDL Trados 2011, but I always check my translations, sentence by sentence, for grammar, meaning and vocabulary use - no automatic translations! I am also very proficient in manual translations, which many clients demand in order to attain better quality.
