Starting from a young age I had a passion for English and managed to learn it to an advanced level, obtaining the Cambridge C1 certificate in Advanced English. I am a Romanian native speaker and have been working as a translator and proofreader for more than 10 years. I mostly translate contracts, legal documents, marketing, IT and fashion related content. All my courses and exams at the University were in English so I've been working as a technical translator after the graduation. I also had other jobs but the higher-education in English made me settle as a freelance technical translator.

Romanian is my mother tongue and I am a Certified Translator with over 10 years experience and strong knowledge of terms, grammar and spelling. I have a degree in Law and International Relations and a strong passion for writing. I create and translate content on various subjects, especially in the fields of business, law, finance, tourism, lifestyle and fashion. I have experience working in advertising and with creative content. I also offer transcription (audio/ video) and proofreading services. I speak fluently English, Romanian and Spanish. I have experience using CAT Tools (SDL, MemoQ, OmegaT, Wordfast) and I am currently available to take on new projects.

Worked as Project Manager in an LSP for a couple of years, becoming accustomed to different workflows and CAT tools.
