I work in Trados, SmartCat, Phrase, MemoQ, Wordfast, Xtm cloud, OmegaT, Passolo, Xbench, Aegisub and Subtitle Edit, and I can master any other tool as well. I had about 10 years of experience as a tech support specialist and a tester/QA, so I'm good at many of IT topics.
