I am a certified translator with extensive knowledge and practical experience. I specialize in technical translations as I have studied Applied Mathematics and IT at the University. I also have a bachelor's degree in Linguistics and have studied English in London and collected EFCELT certificate stating that my level of English is C2 (I have achieved 100% on my test). I believe that the key to the perfect translation is researching its topic. There is no other way to use the right terminology. I always do my research and all the terms I use are on point.

I'm a translator with 20 years of professional experience, out of which - 13 years in Big Four companies in Armenia, namely 10 years in KPMG and 3 years in Deloitte. I'm also a freelance translator for such international organizations as UNDP in Armenia, ADB in Armenia and various other mid-scale businesses. Currently I am employed as a distant translator on full time basis for a large mining company, working from home. I will be able to ensure high quality translation working simultaneously on multiple projects.

Except of my university education was 80% in English and I learned the basics of the translation in the directions of the international relations, politics, economics, finance, business communication, tourism and art, I have a significant experience with English as a Second Language and here is the list of some projects I was and being involved in as a translator at the moment: - Software Localization for users (textile sector, 54k words); - Translation of the business-related internal communications, various announcements for personnel and administrative media materials for the international tobacco factory (8 years); - Translation and editing of marketing materials for the international glass producer as well as localization of the e-learning course for personnel (totally 50k words): - News and Media translation for global energy company. I received my Master's degree after graduating from Russian Military University in 2009. I studied at the faculty of translation and interpretation studies. I speak English, Spanish fluently, while Russian is my native language. In 2014 I decided to offer my professional services for the wide range of customers. I am a freelancing editor/translator for some of the Russian translating firms. I am mostly interested in editing in pairs EN-RU, RU-EN, but will also consider translation assignments in pairs EN-RU, RU-EN.
