I have been working as a freelance translator and interpreter for over 20 years now.

After being trained as a translator at university, I spent several years preparing students for Cambridge examinations (such as IELTS, FCE and CAE). At the same time, I was frequently asked to translate medical and technical texts and received positive feedback, which made me consider taking more translations. I enjoy the process of translation as it demands both creativity and precision, and it is also a perfect opportunity to learn more about this world (I am particularly fascinated with biotechnology and medicine, which is why I prefer to work with research articles, clinical studies, etc).

I am a Lomonosov Moscow State University graduate in English, French, German and Spanish languages. During the course of my studies at the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Area Studies I acquired a solid base in linguistics. Now I am studying at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University to get a second bachelor's degree in Biomedical appliances, which makes medicine and medical devices the area of special interest for me.
