I'm a Catalan - English - Italian - Spanish freelance translator. I specialise in Biomedicine, Science, IT (Google & Apple), Sports, and Journalism. I also proofread texts in Spanish and Catalan. My daily translation output is around 2,500 - 3,000 words. In the near future, I want to translate literature (one of my great passions). I am a biologist and I have lived, studied and/or worked in USA and Germany. I love translating and paying attention to every detail, and I adapt myself to the needs of the clients. For me, it is very important that the translation is as clear as the text in the original language. I speak fluently Spanish, German and English.

I am able to translate documents from Russian/English/Spanish to Spanish/English/Russian. I am also able to proofread documents so they sound as authentic and native as possible. My main experience is in the educational field with translating documents related to school work or program information but proofreading documents is also something I can do with ease.

Since I was on college I had a strong passion for linguistics and the proccess of how language is acquired. Perfectioning my english and forming reading circles were some of the activities I put my effort on, aswell focusing my studies on a language-based therapy. My interest in language has led me to translation, in which I have worked these years having completed translations in areas as diverse as cooking, industry, sports betting, medicine, documentation, among others.

I've been working as a professional translator since 2015, when I finished my degree. After that, I completed two masters and I am currently carrying out my PdH research. I speak five languages, German, English, Italian, French and Spanish. I work as well as a foreign language teacher at college.
