I have started translating in 1997, as part of my duties for an ISO 9000- QS 9000- ISO 14000 training and consulting agency. That job provided me with wide and practical experience in many areas, until I could leave the on-site job and start as a freelancer.

As a student of English and Spanish Linguistics and Literature I am able to offer translations, transcreations, edited versions etc. in English, Spanish and Dutch (mother tongue).

My native language is Spanish, and I studied in the US for approximately 7 years obtaining my high school diploma, a Bachelor of Science from Iowa State University (Ames, IA, USA), and an MBA from Tiffin University (Tiffin, OH, USA). I am a translator currently living in Mexico City. I might not have too much professional experience, however, since the beginning of my education, I have tried to attend as many workshops, courses and forums regarding subjects such as legal, engineering, pharmaceutical, tourism and video game translation. Therefore, I possess a wide variety of knowledge regarding these topics. In addition to my bachelors in Translation and Gastronomy, I am a former student of Chemical Engineering.
