With high ambitions and capabilities, I always put all of my efforts into identifying clients’ needs and meeting them with appropriate and effective linguistic solutions. I am a transparent, goal-oriented, and perfectionist professional with a positive perspective. I enjoy remote work and carefully follow instructions and I find it easy to work for long periods including during the night and maintain my attention to detail. That comes, of course, from having a genuine interest in Languages and Translation since I was a child and constant curiosity in researching different topics. I provide translation, retroversion, proofreading, transcription, and captioning services in general and specialized domains with appropriate technical resources. I would also like to add that I can handle deadlines just fine.

Constantino Casasbuenas began his career as mechanical engineer, specialized in hydraulic energy. After working for several NGOs in Latin America, he has worked for OxfamNovib in Central America, with El Taller’s education programme in Tunis, director of Citizen Diplomacy and CEO of Nexus in Colombia. Since 1999 he worked with Oxfam GB, first as country director for Colombia and as policy adviser in the Economic Justice team based in Oxford until 2014. He has lead the Regional and National campaigns for the GROW team in Oxfam International, and in 2014 he was the Director of Intermon's national programme in Bolivia. He is currently based in Colombia as an independent consultant. Constantino is active in the field of agro-ecology with campesinos and indigenous peoples in Latin America and the Caribbean.

I have a Translation and interpreting degree, specialised in Sworn Translation. Experience in translations for the Polytechnic University department, essays, and educational material, as well as translations in the International trade area covering a wide range of fields.

I am a Certified English-Spanish Translator with over 10 years of experience working freelance in Legal, Business and Technical translations. My experience includes international organizations, having been a UN intern. As a Sworn Translator, I work on legal translations, including serving as an assistant legal expert for Argentine Courts. In more recent years and following my clients’ requirements, my career has turned to specializing in IT, software and technology.
