Certified in Professional Translation by WLS (Dublin) in 2015; I have been working in General Translation since 2015 but during the last year I have been dabbling into the Legal field. Good day. My name is Paz Sepúlveda and I have been working as a translator (and intepreter) for more than 10 years. I have a vast experience in different fields, from mining and industry to medicine and patents, as well as legal documents, certificates and books. I am proactive, quick on my feet and work well under pressure, always striving to deliver the best end product to my clients.

An avid reader and passionate translator with a thirst for quality and inspiring work who holds a B.A. in Law and an M.A. in Arts Management, and who takes pride in helping companies and individuals to reach perfect translations. I traslate from French, English and Italian to Spanish & Catalan.

I enjoy translation for many reasons. I have always had an interest in foreign languages and cultures, so it is a pleasure for me to have the opportunity to work with them. I also find the process of researching a subject to ensure a solid translation to be particularly satisfying, as well as investigating the expressive possibilities of my target language, an aspect of the translation process that is often overlooked and yet an important element of the quality of the final product. I have experience using tools such as Trados or Memsource, as well as the various reliable reference sources for each language (DIEC; Treccani; RAE; Τριανταφυλλίδη...). The type of translation that most attracts my attention is literary, although I have extensive demonstrable experience in the field of technical translation (recent projects being for the nautical and stone industry). I am a Spanish cabin crew with extensive experience interacting with foreign people of all over the world, as a native Spanish speaker I translate from English to Spanish. I have cooperated with a translation agency named Abroads Traducciones, translating different types of documents ( academics, legal...).

I've been working as a professional translator since 2015, when I finished my degree. After that, I completed two masters and I am currently carrying out my PdH research. I speak five languages, German, English, Italian, French and Spanish. I work as well as a foreign language teacher at college.
