I was born in Ankara, the capital of Turkey. During my high school years, I studied English and Arabic for four years. I started to learn Korean language two years before my high school graduation. Now I'm attending to 29 Mayıs University, Interpretation and Translation department in which I found a chance to take classes about Introduction to Translation, Translation-Oriented Text Analysis, Linguistics, Translation Technologies, Interpreting practices, Intercultural Communication Skills, Turkish for Translators, Academic Reading/Writing, Contemporary World Literature, Contemporary World Drama, World History and Arabic. I’m quite interested in literature. I like translating texts from different kind of domains such as medical, technical, literature, marketing and localization.

Being a freelancer for over 5 years, I have delivered several successful projects for many LSP's. I use QA and CAT tools in every project to ensure mechanical and semantic quality while efficiently using my time. I have completed my Bachelor's Degree in Translation and Interpretation. Being in relationship with languages and translation have always been my passion. I have been a freelance vendor for various localization projects since 2013, mostly working with SDL, El Turco and Localex. I worked in the field of tourism as a salesman. I have done my internship in Trabzon Chamber of Commerce and Industry as a translator. Currently, I am working as a full time certified translator and I also work in freelance translation projects. I am trying to improve myself in translating legal, trade and medical documents.
