As a passionate linguist, I made my debut in the translation and localization world in 2014, when I was only a freshman in the university. I started as an intern and ended up to be freelance translator at SDL Turkey for 2 years. During this period of time, I gained immense amount of experience and I learned how to use multiple translation tools. Following that, I worked for a transcription company and made transcriptions of voice records both in English and Turkish. I am a native Turkish speaker and a certified translator/interpreter with over 10 years of experience in translation, interpreting and proofreading. I have studied and lived in English speaking countries for many years. As someone with a diverse educational background and having worked in different areas, I have managed to employ my various skill and know-how to translation/editing/review processes. My bilingual education since elementary school, different areas (applied sciences, economics, marketing) of expertise and mostly my passion for anything related to technology has proven very useful, and humbly, distinguishing even. My journey through technology includes software development, hardware enthusiasm, testing bleeding edge features and of course a passion for gaming.
