To refer to my educational background, I completed my BSc and MSc studies in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Sakarya University, Turkey, in 2005 and 2007, respectively. I was awarded a scholarship by Turkish Government to study PhD abroad in July 2007. After taking English course in Brighton, UK, and getting the sufficient IELTS score, I started to study PhD in the end of January 2008 in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Manchester in the UK completing with a distinguished thesis in October 2012. My research areas vary from power electronics, wind energy conversion systems, control systems, power systems, renewable energy technologies, power conversion, converter design and control, electrical machines, avionics, blockchain to smart grids

I have graduated from the Translation and Interpreting Studies Department of Yeditepe University. The experience I have accumulated as a student of one of the most prestigious universities in the country has been valuable for improving my speed, learning work ethics, and getting accustomed to diverse fields. I have been working for over two years as a professional freelancer now and this has improved my flexibility and my ability to adapt to different demands of various clients. I am a medical doctor for more than 15 years. I have published more than 100 peer-reviewed articles in international scientific journals. Currently, I am working as a freelance translator.
