I am a huge books and movies nerd, and I am not just saying that, I love Star Wars Saga, Pulp Fiction (actually, nearly all movies made by Tarantino), Godfather, City of Women and a lot more... I also love rock. To begin with groups, Black Sabbath, Ghost, Metallica, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Depeche Mode, Led Zeppelin, and more. Besides that, I went to Medical High school, so I am familiar with latin terms. I also lived in Paris, France for 6 months. During that time, I studied at Sorbonne. I have a B.B.A in Economics from Anadolu University and 18 years of experience as a translator, localizer and interpreter, including interpretation, proofreading, transcription, consultancy and business communications. I started my career in the translation and localization field working as a vendor translator for SDL plc. when I was at Boğaziçi University. During that time, I completed several projects and gained experience mostly in technical translation (automotive and manufacturing). In 2017, I started my first full-time job as a translation project manager and carried out project management and quality assurance tasks for almost a year. In 2018, I was hired by a software company, JotForm, as a full-time English-Turkish translator. For 1.5 years, I translated a wide variety of content including JotForm's website, landing pages, products, inspirational blog posts, and mobile app into Turkish, which helped me gain immense experience in software localization and marketing fields, and knowledge in HTML language. I have recently decided to continue my career as a freelancer. I am currently working with several language service providers and providing high-quality translation and localization services.

Having majored in English Translation and Interpreting, I graduated from Abant Izzet Baysal University.
