Welcome to my page. I am a freelance translator based in Kyiv, Ukraine. My mother tongues are both Ukrainian and Russian. I translate from English, French and Polish. I provide high-quality translation services (since 2003) and editing services (since 2008) in the following fields: IT (software localization, documentation, etc.), Telecom, Engineering, Consumer electronics and home appliances, Business, Law (contracts), Medicine (medical equipment and pharmacology). I am a freelance translator. I translate such themes as technic, legal, marketing, automotive, beauty, sport, tourism. I took a part in such projects as translation documents for Olympic games 2014, translation instructions for Ford, Hyundai, Renault, for Samsung and other major companies. Used CAT tools: SDL Trados Studio 2017, SDL Multiterm, MemoQ.

I am a Lomonosov Moscow State University graduate in English, French, German and Spanish languages. During the course of my studies at the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Area Studies I acquired a solid base in linguistics. Now I am studying at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University to get a second bachelor's degree in Biomedical appliances, which makes medicine and medical devices the area of special interest for me. I have extensive experience in technical (user manuals, technical guides, specification sheets, patents, software documentation, etc.), medical (clinical studies, articles, medical equipment manuals, clinical research, etc.) and legal (contracts, certificates, apostilles) translation as well as in marketing and website localization.

I am a girl who is crazy about translation and studying languages from my childhood. That is my life. If I have to put myself to a box I would say I am Dana and I am loving French and English languages and the Art of Translation. But if I should to describe me in other way I am an enthusiast, optimistic and idealist who still down to earth. I am writing books in three languages and hope that one day I will publish my fairytales for children all around the world.
