Six years ago I returned to live in the UK, and took the DipTrans examination of the Chartered Institute of Linguists (passed with a merit in general translation , a pass in social sciences and a distinction in Business). I have translated ever since my college graduation. I translate in the combinations Spanish-English, and German-English. I specialized in translating contracts, novels, certificates, certifications, wills, deeds, court sentences. Furthermore, I have translated for mining and drug companies. I work on projects concerning to drug information, medical reports, drug test results, leasing of mines, information about minerals, among others. Furthermore, I have translated novels, and poetry books. I love what I do. Currently, I am learning Portuguese and French in order to be able to translate from those languages to English.

Hi, I am from India. I have been working as a freelance translator for the last six years. I have also worked as a German language specialist in a legal firm. I use SDL Trados for translation and I can translate approx. 3500-4000 words per day. Maintaining quality and meeting deadlines are equally essential for me. I have been translating and editing Italian to English professionally since the end of 2016 and as a hobby for more than a decade. My focus is IT, marketing, retail, software, general business and creative writing. Prior to translating I worked for 20+ years in IT, sales and general management.
