As an English to Italian ProZ.com Certified PRO Network gaming, technical, and marketing translator (EN 15038) and Italian native speaker, I have been translating on a volunteer basis since 2012 (working on big projects since 2016) and professionally since 2020. I have experience in handling localization processes as a whole for text-heavy video games, as a translator (transcreation, proofreading, photo editing), LQE specialist, LQA tester, and localization project manager (file preparation, regex tagging, developer relations). 2,500,000 words translated, with a daily output of 4,500 words.

I speak Italian, French, English, German and Spanish - Born in Italy and raised between Italy and France. Bilingual Native Italian/French- I have been living in London and Stuttgart and I have been working as interpreter and tour guide for 10 years. I am now working as a superyacht charter broker and in my free time I am still working as interpreter / translator freelance.

I am a freelance translator, Italian mother tongue. I hold a Master's Degree in Technical Translation and another one in Ecnomics. . I have got a good deal of experience translating technical/marketing texts and software, but also motorsports, cycling and tourism (from English, Spanish, and French into Italian). My average output is about 2200/2500 words/day (up to 3000, if needed, for rush jobs.) I believe in quality: this is why I always deliver thoroughly and double-checked translations, paying deep attention to style and terminology. Also, I translate only into my mother tongue (Italian), in order to ensure the best quality.

Native speaker of Italian and FCE in English, I graduated from high school where my studies were focussed on the IT field. I gained a lot of language and technical experience from many projects and I'm currently studying IT Engeneering at my local university. I started my career 21 years ago as in-house translator and PM at a translation agency based in Turin, Italy. After three years, I decided to take up the challenge and become a freelancer, in order to devote myself to those texts I was most interested in. My experience as PM gave me a deep insight into all aspects related to the translation process, thus I perfectly know and understand the needs and expectations of Project Managers whom I work with. I am able to work under pressure, and manage large volumes of work with no prejudice to quality. I am able to translate very technical texts, like instruction manuals for X-ray inspection systems, but also to use my creative side to produce translations of content marketing articles.
