I am a Polish native speaker who studied Medical Genetics in the UK and is currently studying Medicine in Italy. I had an opportunity to work as a student researcher in the US where I gained experience in both scientific and clinical settings. Having worked in the medical field for 7 years, I acquired a proficiency level in English as well as fluency in the medical language. Most importantly, I’ve developed a great passion for scientific and clinical writing and deep appreciation of every detail. I am a freelance German/English <> Polish translator specialising in technical, marketing and community translations. I also hold credentials of a NAATI Certified Translator (English to Polish) and a NAATI Recognised Practising Translator (German to Polish), for the latter as the only translator with such credentials in Australia. I am a member of POLSiT (the Australian Institute of the Polish Language Interpreters and Translators) and AUSIT (the Australian Institute of Interpreters and Translators).

I´m experienced in specialized texts (health, medicine and pharmaceutics, technology, economy, finance, law, marketing, cosmetics and others). I've got a C1 Certificate of Spanish (DELE), preparing for C2. I´ve got a Master´s degree in Specialized Translation (FR-ES, EN-ES) from the University of Cordoba, Spain. I also studied French Philology at the Jagiellonian University of Cracow, Poland (Bachelor). I always meet deadlines and I use specialized sources to guarantee the correct use of terminology.
