I have discovered my passion for languages at a very young age when I started encountering tourists who were visiting my town. Later on, I was able to transform my passion into my most powerful asset. As a freelance translator, I combine languages with my interest in technology as I mostly focus on website or software localisation. I am also happy to translate marketing and advertising texts which often require a lot of creativity and a very good feel for the language in order to have the same effect in the target language.

I am fascinated by foreign languages, linguistics, semiotics and I am currently working as a translator coordinator in the field of medical imaging.

After working for several years for different translation companies, as secondary job, offering translations services from English into Romanian, as well as from Romanian into English, mainly technical documents, I decided to offer my services as a freelance translator in Smartcat, as well. You will not be able to find any samples of my work, other than the standard Smartcat sample document, since I have never asked acceptance from my customers to use parts of the translated documents for personal purposes.
